The truth is, many of us face negative situations, we can’t always avoid them but we CAN counteract the impact these events have on our lives and our attitudes.

It's often at the times we least feel like being 'positive' that we most need to be positive. Doing so allows us to recognise, react and deal with our negative thoughts before they spiral out of control and hijack our happiness.
